You will be provided with 2 sets of keys and a remote control to open the gate and garage to get you in and out of the premises. There is a full laundry provided for your personal laundry on the lower level of the home with an industrial Speed Queen washer, tumble dryer and drying facilities. In the event of a power failure there are battery backup lights available in the kitchen, family room and games room and torches in each bedroom.
