Members of our team are qualified and accredited tourist guides who are able to escourt you to different destinations. Montavigus offers accommodation services which forms part of the practical training process and enables learners to get hands-on experience. Montavigus is also an accredited tourism training provider. We offer training in tourist guiding, the hospitality field, entrepreneurship, junior management and a variety of organisational specific skills and soft skills. Training practical is enhanced with hands-on practical experiences. The company has assisted individuals, SMME organisations and the Public Service in training and development over the past 16 years. We participate currently in the presentation of different projects to develop and empower individuals to contribute to the economy in cosmopolitan and rural areas. Policies and procedures apply to all training and quality assurance in line with SAQA and QCTO requirements. Montavigus B&B operates from a house that was built in 1924 and is a heritage site, which we have tried to preserve in the original style of the time. A large garden with a pool, mountain and some distant sea view offers a place to relax, read a book or take a swim. Waenhuis room is only accessible through the garden from outside the main building. It is fitted with a comfortable queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The Blue Room is a double room with private en-suite bathroom with shower. The Blue Room is access from inside the house, with a patio view. Stoep, pool in large garden and safe parking are available. A nice quiet budget room with outside entrance, en-suite open bathroom and shower. Room fitted with a small fridge, loose standing fan, microwave to heat up food and kettle. Airport transfers, town to town transfers and local as well as national tours are offered on arrangement at additional cost. If you have missed a module and you need to attend classes to reach competence, you can join once in a next presentation other than self-study or the webinar option.
