Servol is the holder of a Nobel Peace Award in 1994 for Right Livelihood and recognized by UNESCO as a Showcase Project for developing countries. OTI is based on the operations of Servol Limited based in the Caribbean.

Career Advisory to find the right training and where is offered. Fully equipped training venue for workshops and adult education. We have set up a computer workshop where we receive donations of computer parts or not so old computers that can be fixed and be given or sold at an affordable price to people especially our students who need computers for typing assignments or practicing at home. Today 8 years later, I’m still passionate about young people and I’m part of a very dedicated team and together we are committed in developing our youth. Our focus is finding ways to fulfil the skills gaps in the overstrand. The Forest Adventure Centre is being developed as a Leadership and Skills Training Facility. Tucked away in the beautiful Hemel en Aarde valley, this facility now has cabin accommodation for groups up to 30, a camp site for up to 60 as well as support services of outdoor catering and adventure activities in partnership with Hermanus Forest Adventures. The Forest Theater is a natural amphitheater, discovered in the forest after trees were cleared away from the ruins of an old farmhouse. The ruins form the stage backdrop at this stunning new entertainment venue, with lights in the trees and picnic seating. Plans for this venue include talent shows, performing arts workshops for the youth and a starting point for challenge games. Jumpstart is a pilot programme which offers an opportunity to young people under the age of 35, who did not complete their matric to start from Grade The class times has been specially arranged to allow our learners to work and balance their study and assignments. For a student to achieve matric level it will take a minimum of 30 months with the opportunity to sit the first exams in the first year. There are two opportunities to sit the vocational matric examinations. Upon achievement of this vocational matric graduates are eligible to qualify in a variety of professional certificates. The first group is completely sponsored and we have a waiting list for the next group after this one. We welcome all the support to meet the needs of our youth community.
